📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement retail strategies to drive sales growth and enhance customer experiences.
• Monitor store performance, including sales, inventory, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Manage and mentor store managers, providing training and support to ensure operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and special offers, increasing brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects to support overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple retail locations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using retail management software such as Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
