📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of industrial plants, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance activities to identify and address potential issues.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational issues and implement improvements.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain detailed operational reports and documentation.
• Ensure that all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial operations and maintenance.
• Proven experience in overseeing industrial operations and maintaining safety protocols.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, tools, and software such as SAP, AutoCAD, and other relevant applications.
• Certification in industrial safety and compliance (e.g., OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001).
