📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of luxury residences and villas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate with property managers, housekeepers, and maintenance teams to address any issues promptly.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote properties and secure bookings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement necessary protocols.
• Manage guest communications and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
• Conduct regular inspections to assess property conditions and recommend improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of property usage, maintenance, and guest feedback.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in a management role.
• Proven track record of managing high-end properties and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with property management software such as YieldManager, Airbnb Host, or VRBO.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards for luxury hospitality.
• Ability to travel frequently to different locations in Bali.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
