📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for capital projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals.
• Lead the execution of projects using industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and SAP.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to drive project success.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure project management.
• Mentor and develop junior team members to build a skilled and capable workforce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in capital projects management, with a proven track record in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and SAP for project planning and management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including PMP or PRINCE2 certifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, including risk assessment, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental considerations in infrastructure development.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
