As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will perform a variety of tasks, including specimen collection, processing, and analysis using advanced laboratory equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers. Your daily work will involve adhering to strict protocols and quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, process, and analyze specimens for TB and other infectious diseases.
- Perform laboratory tests using microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to strict laboratory protocols and quality control measures.
- Document and report test results accurately and promptly.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
- Certification from a recognized medical laboratory technology board (e.g., ASMTA, AAMT).
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers.
- Strong knowledge of TB diagnostics and infectious disease testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
