- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Promote Watsons products and services to increase sales.
- Assist in stocking and organizing products to maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
- Handle cash transactions and process returns with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the team to create a lively and engaging atmosphere during festive events.
- Offer personalized product recommendations to customers.
- Monitor store inventory and restock as needed.
- Assist in any other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the store.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic retail software and point-of-sale systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
