We are seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Team Lead to oversee our kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional Italian cuisine to our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled chefs, maintaining high standards of food quality, and driving the restaurant's culinary vision.

As the Kitchen Team Lead at Mamita’s Lasagna, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the dining experience. You will work closely with the executive chef to develop and implement daily menus, train and mentor your team, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality food production.
• Manage and mentor a team of chefs, assigning tasks and providing guidance to achieve peak performance.
• Develop and implement daily menus in collaboration with the executive chef.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate supplies.
• Train new staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Drive the restaurant's culinary vision and maintain high standards of food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Kitchen Team Lead or similar role in a premium Italian restaurant.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of chefs.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and culinary techniques.
• Experience with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
