📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using espresso machines, steamers, and other coffee equipment.
• Manage the coffee shop’s inventory, including coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
• Train and mentor new baristas to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each guest has a pleasant experience.
• Clean and maintain coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work efficiently during peak hours to meet customer demand.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to enhance the coffee menu.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
