📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize EDI and INSW processes to ensure smooth and efficient data interchange.
• Develop and implement EDI standards and protocols to enhance data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions to resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of EDI processes with other systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in EDI and logistics.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on EDI and INSW processes.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and standards.
• Analyze and report on EDI performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI and INSW processes.
• Proficient in EDI software such as AS2, X12, or EDIFACT.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and customs compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Certification in EDI or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
