In this role, you will work closely with maintenance teams, production managers, and logistics specialists to ensure that all machinery and equipment are running smoothly and efficiently. You will use industry-standard tools like SAP and Microsoft Office to manage maintenance plans, track equipment performance, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. With a strong focus on safety and compliance, you will ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to industry regulations and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure timely procurement and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and corrective actions taken.
• Provide training and support to maintenance technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance schedules and spare parts inventory using SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of industrial safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to support decision-making.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
