📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.,Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that the company's sales targets are met.,Provide sales support and training to junior sales staff.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
