📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care and treatment as assigned by the physician.
  • Assess and monitor patients' conditions, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Document all patient encounters and treatments accurately.
  • Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
  • Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
