Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions.,Conduct thorough market research to identify the best mortgage products for clients.,Prepare and submit mortgage applications on behalf of clients.,Monitor clients' mortgage accounts and provide regular updates.,Educate clients about mortgage terms, conditions, and risks.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth mortgage processing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage consulting or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian mortgage market and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of mortgage software and tools.,Certification in mortgage licensing or a related field is a plus.,Valid IDP (Indonesia Domestic Product) license is a must.
