📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
