Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and evaluate the performance of all departments,Ensure that all operations comply with company policies and procedures,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new initiatives,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff,Ensure that all operations are conducted in a safe and secure manner,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and procedures,Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong leadership and team management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
