📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies that will help the company grow and succeed.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Ensure that all regulatory requirements and compliance standards are met.,Develop and implement training programs for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.,Oversee the budgeting and financial planning process, ensuring that the company's financial goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of ERP systems and project management tools is a plus.
