📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead and mentor HR staff.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Manage employee benefits and compensation.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in HR-related matters.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
