📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and patient outcomes.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and improve patient care.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay updated with the latest developments in healthcare and implement best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.,Proven track record of achieving departmental and organizational goals.,Familiarity with healthcare software and technology is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
