📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store assistants to maintain high service standards.,Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure store goals are met.,Promote a positive and productive work environment for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
