📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.
  • Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient vehicle operations.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on vehicle usage, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all legal and safety requirements.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to vehicle operations.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of drivers and support staff.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
