Lingkungan Lestari Kitchen is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an immediate opening and the right candidate will be able to start work immediately. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our kitchen and delivery services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with drivers or vehicles.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance needs.,Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects and initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related field.,Knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
