📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular financial audits for F&B establishments, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to identify discrepancies and errors.
• Work closely with finance teams to implement corrective actions and improve financial processes.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and other required documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address financial challenges and opportunities.
• Perform data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for financial optimization.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial auditing, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
