📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing and supervising the team, ensuring smooth operations and high productivity.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies.,Provide leadership and motivation to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team effectively.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Familiarity with HR practices and employee relations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
