📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head nurse in managing the nursing team and ensuring smooth operations.,Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Document patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.,Educate and support patients and their families on healthcare needs and procedures.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of nursing protocols.,Ensure the nursing unit is clean and organized, adhering to infection control standards.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.,Stay updated with the latest healthcare practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Professional certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
