📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to support the company's goals.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.,Assist in the management of employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit plans and regulations.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Strong organizational and administrative skills.
