📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe navigation and operation of the vessel.,Maintain compliance with all maritime laws, regulations, and company policies.,Plan and execute voyage schedules efficiently and effectively.,Supervise and coordinate the work of the crew.,Conduct pre-departure and post-arrival inspections of the vessel.,Handle emergencies and crises effectively.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vessel operations.,Promote a positive and safe working environment for the crew.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in the maritime industry.,Valid Master Mariner's License (Unlimited Tonnage).,Proficient in English and local language.,Good knowledge of maritime regulations and safety procedures.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of navigation systems and equipment.,Previous experience with similar vessels is a plus.
