📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.,Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of store strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales techniques, and customer service.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
