📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan, implement, and evaluate special education programs and activities for children with special needs.,Create and maintain individual education plans (IEPs) for students, working closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals.,Provide one-on-one and group instruction to students with diverse learning needs.,Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure academic and personal growth.,Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student education.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in special education.,Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children with special needs.,Certification in Special Education (e.g., BCBA, BCaBA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of inclusive education principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and other professionals.,Passion for making a difference in the lives of children with special needs.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
