Centratama Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive to join our IBC Property Legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all contract and lease agreements for our property portfolio. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the legal compliance and smooth operation of our property assets. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with a strong background in property law and contract management to take on a leadership role within our organization.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all contract and lease agreements for the company's property portfolio.,Ensure legal compliance and adherence to all relevant regulations and laws.,Review and negotiate contracts and leases to protect the company's interests.,Provide legal advice and support to the property management team.,Monitor and manage lease renewals and terminations.,Coordinate with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and leases.,Ensure timely and accurate reporting of contract and lease activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in property law and contract management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.,Excellent legal and analytical skills.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Experience working in a multinational or large-scale property development company is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
