📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and bread products according to recipes and quality standards.,Ensure all pastries and breads are fresh, properly stored, and displayed.,Maintain and clean bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.,Work with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to both staff and customers.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and processes.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
