📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and goals.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible deals.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and regulations.,Lead and mentor the procurement team to ensure high performance and efficiency.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
