📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Document IT processes and create user manuals.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Provide first-level support for IT-related issues.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.,Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
