📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Excel.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.
• Implement inventory control policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support data-driven decision making.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in inventory control and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Excel for inventory management and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
