📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including the board of directors and management.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity, ensuring adequate funding for operations.,Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the mining or related industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and standards is a plus.
