PT Sejahtera Unggul is looking for a Deputy Inventory Staff to join our team in Yogyakarta. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management system. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily inventory operations and ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.,Support the Inventory Staff in managing inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing of goods.,Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and ensure timely submission to relevant departments.,Participate in inventory audits and physical counts to ensure accuracy of inventory records.,Assist in the maintenance and organization of the inventory system and ensure all inventory records are up-to-date.,Support the Inventory Staff in managing supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the Inventory Staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.,Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
